Positive, Had a great stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and downtown. The modern decor felt fresh, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Sursee felt authentic and not like a tourist trap. 😊

train noise

Train tracks running next to the hotel led to noticeable noise, especially with the windows open. however, once closed, it diminished significantly. That's something to keep in mind, particularly if you’re a light sleeper.

Convenient Location and Modern Feel

I loved how close the hotel was to Sursee train station, just a short 6-7 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, including a quick trip to Lucerne. The modern decor felt fresh and welcoming, and breakfast had a good selection that kept us satisfied each morning. It was also a nice touch how the town felt authentic, filled with local Swiss culture rather than being overrun by tourists. On the downside, I did notice some noise from the train tracks next to our room during the first night when the windows were open, but it got much better once we closed them.

Business travelers beware!

The location was very close to the train station, so that made it easy to get around. I really liked that the staff was genuinely helpful, like when I had a problem with the air conditioning—they were quick to fix it, just wish it was quieter.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, you're paying for the convenience and a place to lay your head, you know?
